The knitting has arrived!!
Further to my last post, the knitting has arrived, and it looks fab!!
On one side it is knitted in a gorgeous wool which is brown, white and grey which has been knitted in squares and then sewn together. This is then backed with a blue cotton polka dot fabric which makes it lovely and cosy. Very pleased with it, I must say!
The other knitted items are some super soft scarves in great autumn colours:
These are really soft and cosy so will be a perfect addition to any winter wardrobe, and there be tears when I have to part with them...
Remember when I posted this pic?

The knitting is on its way!!
You might remember that a few weeks ago, I mentioned some knitting was being done by my aunt, well she managed to rope my mum into doing it too! And seeing as mum is visiting me on Thursday, she is bringing the knitted goodies to me and I am mega excited to see how the projects turned out. These items will all be available for purchase in my online shop asap so keep an eye on my new listings!!
In other news, Hubby has been working hard 'behind the scenes' of Princess Crafts and has been putting my website together. We are still populating it with all the goodies, and as soon as I get a chance I'll be working my marketing magic on it too! If you visit the website, you will see that it is still under construction BUT you can purchase some of my lovely items straight from the website! So take a look and spend some money!!
As a wee incentive, the FIRST person to purchase an item from either my Etsy shop or my website will also receive a secret gift with their order. This is in honour of them being my very first online customer. I promise it will be a lovely pressie which you can either keep for yourself or give as a gift to your favourite person. So get shopping and 'it could be you' as they used to say on the lottery!!

Delightful Teacups
It has been a while since the last post, but I've been busy behind the scenes with Princess Crafts stuff. Have you been to my Etsy shop yet? If not, go take a look as I am slowly but surely adding new items as I build up my stock. Don't let the price in $ put you off, Paypal will sort the conversion out for you! Alternatively, contact me with your order and I can sort you out!
Among the admin stuff that's been going on, I have been admiring my selection of teacups which are waiting their turn to become candles. I must say, they are all so lovely in their own way that I will be sad to part with them. However, I will be more extremely pleased to see them all go to loving new homes.
Here are a few piccies as a sneak peek:

My New Etsy Shop is Open for Business!!
It has been a very busy week with Princess Crafts and there are a lot of projects on the go, all at the same time! The biggest of these projects has got to be setting up my Etsy shop and also preparing to sell on ebay plus working out which craft fairs to sell at.
My etsy shop is now open and I am in the process of listing items. In the short term, I will be selling my teacup candles and my french memo boards but in the long term I plan to be listing all sorts of handmade goodies such as tea cosies, bags, placemats, coasters, etc etc etc!! I have so many great ideas, that I am still writing them down and trying to put them into some kind of order, so the next couple of weeks might be a hodge podge of creativity whilst I work out my strategy!
During the bank holiday I managed to buy a ton of beautiful teacups and tea sets which are destined to become gorgeous candles of all shapes, colours, and fragrances so watch this space! I can't wait to see how they turn out, and I am already taking orders for Christmas!! (Yes I did just say the C-word!)
In other news, here is a hint of what else is in the pipelines:
Can you guess what it is yet?
I must confess it is not me who is making it as I don't know how to knit so I have enlisted the help of my trusty auntie who has volunteered for knitting duties! Also on the knitting needles are these fabulous colours:
I may just have to pick up the knitting needles myself at some point but for now I am happy delegating, hehe :)
PLEASE tell everyone about my shop because it is going to be fabulous when it gets off the ground! You heard it here first!
And finally, thank you to my lovely hubby who is as patient as a saint and is willing to learn to use the sewing machine for me (it takes a real man you know!).
And also thank you to my auntie for all the glorious creative input, the knitting and the 'teacup hunting'!!
